Sunday School Classes

11 a.m. – Every Sunday, the following classes meet to study God’s Word and you are invited to attend the class most appropriate for you.  IHS (In His Service) Adult Class & Children’s Class – Meets in the church basement.

Fellowship Meal

The Card Station

is in the Hospitality Room.  Stop by each week to sign cards that will be going out that week.  If you would like someone to receive a card, follow the instructions posted. You may contribute cards for this ministry as well.

Time to sign up for Altar Flowers

If you wish to place flowers in honor or in memory of someone, the cost is $30. You can pick the Sunday you wish to sign up and the money will be due to

Hub Donations

We are in need of money to purchase toothbrushes for Hub. If you would like to donate money to help this wonderful outreach, please see Nancy B. She will need the money by January 28th.

Choir Practice

The Choir meets every Wednesday evening at 5:30 pm- 6:30 pm for practice. If you would like to join the choir they are always welcoming new voices! If you have any questions, please see Janice D.

Bible Study

Bible Study is on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 pm till 7:30 pm in the Hospitality Room, located in the rear of the church. Anyone is welcome to join in and learn more about our Heavenly Father and His Word. Bring your Bible and invite a friend! Hope to see you there!  This week, we start the book of Ephesians!

Hospitality Time

is 9:15 -9:40 a.m. in the Hospitality room located in the rear of the church.  Enjoy a time of church family fellowship along with some light refreshments before worship begins. Donations of small bottles of water and snacks are welcome for our Hospitality room.  Thank you to those who have donated!

Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard

Accepting non-perishables. This includes paper products. Donations may be placed on the landing of the steps inside the church entrance. January donation requests are for Pancake Syrup and Pancake Mix.

Children’s Sunday School

Anyone that is interested in taking turns with Nancy B teaching the Children’s Sunday School class, see Nancy B. We will have a calendar on the bulletin board in the church entrance to sign up. Even if it is one Sunday a month, or the whole month this would lessen the burden on everyone. You must be willing to get clearances in Child Abuse and Criminal Background (free). We can help you obtain these. Pray on this and if the Lord speaks to you to help with the Children’s Sunday School, then sign-up or see Nancy B for more info!

JJ Powel Fuel

Anyone who receives their heating fuel from JJ Powel can give them Grove Memorial UMC’s name and we get back 3 cents a gallon. This is a FREE program that benefits our church. All you have to do is call or stop in at JJ Powel’s and let them know you would like to add Grove Memorial UMC at 611 S. Main St Lewistown to your account and we can begin to get blessed by your donation! Thank you!

Ad Council Meeting

Now that the holidays are over, we will have our Ad Council Meeting this month Wednesday January 24th, 2018 at 6:30 pm in the basement. Those who should attend are: Pastor Randy, Jeannine B, Alex H, Fred S, Bill D, Brenda C, Judy R, Jayne P, Sue D, Pam F, Karen W, and Mary S.
